Your Body Mass Index (BMI) - it's one way to find out whether you are in a healthy zone. For the average person it's a great way to check to see whether you are too fat or too thin for your height. Okay so if you are a bodybuilder, an athlete or pregnant this isn't going to work for you, but for most of us it's a good guideline. It's easy to do too and you don't need any special equipment - unless you think bathroom scales are special.
