Typically 2 to 4 working days, unfortunately we cannot offer an “express” delivery or timed delivery options at this time.
While the majority of deliveries are made within the time indicated we cannot guarantee a delivery date .
Yay! Free delivery for orders over £20 (mainland UK) or £22.50 (Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland). Please choose the “Free Delivery” option at checkout.
For orders under £20 we charge £5.20 for delivery mainland UK (£8 for Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland).
If for some random reason the shipping looks totally odd when you get to the checkout, please contact us to sort it out!
Tracking data will be emailed to you when we ship the items to you.
At the moment we can only delivery to the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). If you are interested in a bulk order of items in other locations, please contact us for a quote.
If you’ve bought something you decide you don’t want, you can return your purchase (or part of it) for an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving it, by simply sending the item(s) back to us at the address included on your dispatch note. You will need to pay for the return costs.
Please make sure you get a receipt or proof of postage when you return an item to us, as we can’t be held responsible for items that don’t reach us.
You’ll need to return any items you don’t want in a fully resalable condition, which means unused and in the original packaging too. World Changing Me CIC reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange on items deemed not to be resalable, but this doesn’t affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items.
We cannot refund the original Delivery cost.

You can return sale items for refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, but please allow up to 10 days for your return to be processed once it’s been received.
If you’re returning an order from outside the UK, you’ll need to cover all packaging and posting costs yourself. We recommend that overseas customers send their returns using a registered trackable service, as we can’t be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Where goods are received by the customer damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery in order for replacement goods to be re-sent free of charge. Please take a photograph of the damaged item(s) if possible. No claims will be accepted after the 48 hours have elapsed. You may be required to complete a form to enable us to process your claim. Please contact us for the form and details of how to proceed.
